This year found Joani in the show ring with one of her very own. Good and Lazy (aka Uncle Phil) and Joani make it look sooo easy!

2011 MQHA Champion — Amateur Showmanship at Halter, Amateur Western Horsemanship, Amateur All-Around (179.5 points); ~ 3rdAmateur Performance Geldings; ~ 2nd Amateur Trail:~ 2nd,Amateur Hunter Under Saddle. Erin and Dennis had a great year topped off by their trip to the AQHA World Show in Oklahoma City. A good time was had by all if you can believe the pictures!!
~ we'll be looking forward to Erin's next trip to world!!

Showmanship at Halter. Barb and Madison are just getting their feet wet with their first year of Quarter Horse showing.
~ we'll be seeing a lot more of this pair!!

Janel Favero with her Irish N Vested
& KHC's Bodacious Investor
Congratulations to Janel Favero with those full siblings, Bode and Rylee. Janel and Bode (AKA Bodacious Investor) were the Circle L Spring Series Yearling Highpoint winner, the SWMMC longeline champions, winners at the RMBA in the Sale Classic Trail Class, and along with Rylee, won the Produce of Dam and Get of Sire halter classes at the RMBA Show.
Janel and Irish N Vested (Rylee) had a great time showing this year as well, winning the RMBA Sales Classic Halter Mares, Gambler's Choice Trail, and Junior Western Pleasure class. On the AQHA front, Janel and Rylee picked up their first points in Novice Amateur Showmanship, winning classes at the Columbus AQHA show, and the Region 2 AQHA show. By placing in the top 10 at Region 2, Janel and Rylee have qualified for the AQHA Novice Championship in October 2012.

Maria Jerome, with Little Miss Lethal
& Heavens Justa Sinaway
2011 ~ Luv was Grand and Reserve Grand in Open Halter and Amateur Halter mares in Belgrade. She also picked up an APHA Overo color point .
In Missoula, Lilly and Maria received 2 APHA points in Showmanship and won the Overo color under both judges; Luv received 4th and 3rd in Amateur Halter,
3rd and 2nd in Aged Mares, 1st and 1 APHA point in Green Trail and 3rd,
4th under both judges in Green Western Pleasure
Great Falls Little Miss Lethal received 2nd in Showmanship under both judges; Mares Amateur Halter ~ 6th from both judges;
Overo Color ~ 3rd under both judges;
Green Western Pleasure ~ 3rd both judges.
Maria and her girls have also been tearing up the show ring at SWMMC open shows this year. So nice to see Maria , her pony tail, and her kids back in the show ring!!

Hunt Seat Equitation. Morgan's got big plans for 2012 including her I'ma Pretty Nova's first foal!!
~ can't wait to see!!

Jessi Miller and Robins Yucca Do
Jessi and Wyatt received their ROM in Amateur. Western Pleasure and in Novice Amateur Horsemanship. They earned points in Hunt Seat Equitation, Showmanship, Trail, Horsemanship, Western Pleasure and Overo Color. This dynamic pair won High Point All-Around Novice Amateur at the Belgrade Paint Show.
~ way to go Jess!!

Cheryl Miller with Id Rather Be Zippin
Cheri and "Zip" had a lot of fun last summer showing with her daughter Jessi. She and Zip won the High Point Amateur Award at Belgrade, earned points in Hunter Under Saddle, Showmanship, and Western Pleasure, Best of Breed and Reserve Best of Show at Western Montana Fair.
~ playing with family is fun!!

Amy Bridgeford with Invest In a Cowgirl
Amy and Maggie are relatively newcomers to Quarter horse showing and are doing well in all their MQHA Novice classes. The duo have put a few miles on traveling to fun places like Elko, NV. etc. . Amy and Maggie received Blue Ribbons for their 4-H Level 4 Western and English classes as well!!
~ such prerry girls!!

Tricia was a busy gal, showing both MQHA and APHA. She and Duke earned APHA points in Halter, Amateur Western Pleasure, Amateur English Equitation
and Showmanship.
2011 was Buster's first show season and he's loving being an all around horse competing in
MQHA Novice Amateur Showmanship,
Novice Amateur Hunter Under Saddle & Equitation,
Novice Amateur Western Pleasure & Horsemanship,
and Novice Amateur trail.
